on july 17, respectively coming from huazhong university of science and technology, university of electronic science and technology of china, wuhan university and so on, 31 graduates who joined eastcompeace in the middle july received a welcome ceremony from the company, which vice-president huang ningzhai and all of the dept. general managers attended and showed the loving care for and welcome.

on the ceremony, the new employees made self-introductions one by one. fully filled with hope and yearn, they passionately expressed their determinations that they would do the best to learn and exchange experience to make progress together with the company. here, they expected to bring their strong points into play and accomplish something. 

on behalf of the leaders, after extending warm welcome to those new staff, vice-president huang briefly introduced the general developing situation and the present status of the company in the business circle. at the same time, he encouraged them to learn from practice and experience so as to get familiar with the work sooner and improve abilities more quickly. he pointed out,” any work is a chance for learning, which is equal to everyone who makes efforts. i hope you all will do well step by step in the lifelong career.”

then the next, all of the dept. general managers respectively introduced the organizations, posts functions, posts settings, and etc. of those departments, which made the new employees get acquainted with the company’s basic organization, general situation and developing direction.

according to the company’s convention, the new staff will accept a series of tests and training such as military training, training for entering the duty, training for safety regulation and iso quality system knowledge and pre-job training, which make the new employees understand the company in an all-round way and understand post functions as soon as possible so as to meet the post demand.
